AFX Compositing

Some scenes from the CHAOTIC TV-Show.
I was doing the compositing and some effects animation using After Effects.
All other elements where done by artists
at Bardel (http://bardel.ca/)

because I had a hard-disk-meltdown this low qualitiy video

was the only salvagable format

Houdini and Nuke

Some works made at a short HOUDINI course.
My first immersion with Computer Generated Particle Effects.
All the Compositing was done in NUKE. The rocket boots at the end
were inspired by IRON-MAN (this was in 2006, before the movie).

Play Ball Pay Back

First Computer Generated Short Film.
3D Animation and Modeling done in MAYA 7.0
Was a bit of a "forceps delivery"compared to the drawn animation .

Animation Assisting

Scenes from "The little Polar Bear 2" and "Jester Till" Feature Films that I worked on.
I would finalize the animators rough animation drawings and put them "0n model".
I sometimes ended up doing the Inbetweens too.

2D Animation

This is collection of drawn animation projects I actually animated on.
Short films CREDO and HANG OVER, which were done at SWAMP (http://www.swamp.ch/)
in Swizerland. The last two walkcycles were for the designpack of ALTAIR in Starland for
Hahn Film http://www.hahnfilm.de/ in Berlin.

My first try at a Flash Cartoon. Made with my good friend Dallas Bolton(http://www.myspace.com/onemanarmydesign). He was clearly the Computer/Flash expert. It was a two week collaboration. Flash seemed really clumsy at the time (I was still DRAWING animation back then). That's why I never really got into Flash animation.

Fear Not

My first animated film. Hand-drawn on paper and colored on a computer.
Still good for a laugh. Heavily inspired by the Tex Avery style "cartoon take".

Blog Start

Well I finally decided to start putting doodles up on the Internet.
This one was 'inked' in Flash
inspired by my Swiss roots and love for Zombies
